I strive for brand loyalty and consistently stay at Hilton hotels. This was the worse experience I have had and will be dropping Hilton for a different brand. What a disappointment! Early check in - $50 Valet-$60 Room was overpriced, paid around $200 and got a room that the hot water took 3 minutes to start , pillows were super thin . Upon check in I wasn’t greeted as a rewards member and did not get cookies or water . No big deal but still strange. Very nice hotel, Good customer service. Clean rooms, Clean environment. Looking forward to vacation there again this year.
Parking fee should not be charged to customer who already paid for the room
Arrived a little after 10pm. Gave them our reservation info. Said they didnt have anything for us. Then proceeded to tell us they were already over booked so they had no rooms to give us. I start trying to contact the company I booked the room through. Then all of a sudden he says oh well we do have 1 double queen room available but I'll have to charge you walk in price of 350. We looked online at other hotels near by and eveything was over $400 because its day of. At this point we are already tired and hungry from our drive... read more
