We had a great stay at the Hilton San Antonio River Walk! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and everything was comfortable and well taken care of. Being right by the River Walk made it so easy to enjoy San Antonio. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I can’t get past the ridiculous daily parking fee, $39 PER DAY on top of the $430 I already paid for my stay at the hotel. The room itself was okay. The shower handle kept detaching from the shower wall. The bathroom has no fan to run while showering, so the room had a noticeable muggy feeling and smell. The TV is old and didn’t support the format for movies on Youtube, so we couldn’t watch a movie. The AC is LOUD. The location was the best part. Lots of things are a short walk away.

Close walking distance to everything in downtown San Antonio. I feel I should not have to fork over an additional fortune to park at the hotel I'm paying to stay at. At least offer parking at a rate lower than the other blood sucking parking companies downtown. $32 a day is ridiculous Hampton.

Do not stay here in this hotel they hire anybody they don’t clean rooms right or change sheets they don’t use water to wash shower or tub it’s nasty very dirty please don’t stay here those lady don’t speak English they don’t know how to clean and don’t care cause they don’t pay them enough they rush them look inside the storage it’s nasty stuff sheets every where on floor I’m making a report on this

Very disappointed with the condition of the room. The room looked like it had not been properly maintained for quite some time. There was rust and corrosion throughout the room, including on fixtures, screws, the lamp base, around the bathroom faucet, and along the shower area. The faucet itself was loose and rusted around the base.
