We are currently staying here and they said they have no towels. That they are all out, like how? The hotel is so humid that our carpet is moist and floors are wet and slippery. It’s a mess. We keep putting the air colder to get rid of the humidity but not working.

Person at the counter helped other people before me even though I was in line before them. Weird scraping/screeching sound between the walls of our room all night. Only good thing was the shower had lots of hot water. Hilton silver member here. We won't stay there again.
Front desk staff especially Dale wasnt inviting The breakfast staff and the gentleman cleaning up the place were extremely nice
