I really like this hotel. I think they are in good location to be close to highway, not far to go Snow Skiing (about 30-45 minutes drive), plenty restaurants close by and good distance from airport like 15 minutes drive. the front was nice and quick check in. The bed felt so comfortable and i was able to sleep like a baby. The room was very well maintained and clean. My room is close to business and it suck to hear all trucks. Great customer service, but this hotel is warn down and dirty, complementary breakfast is all premade so we didnt eat bone of it. We usually stay at Hampton suite everywhere we go but this place should be a motel and not a hotel.
Mona (Moona) the front desk clerk was very helpful, accommodating, and displayed the best customer service at all times. She got us extra towels each day and helped us with finding gloves to help my elderly grandpa with his wound care dressing change(s). During a difficult time in our lives, (grandpa with cancer, other illnesses, etc.) Mona was a shining light and did everything in her power to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Moona! Hampton! Please give this lady a raise! She deserves it! Great job!
A bit tired, could use a refresh. It's all a bit worn down.
