Staff was friendly and ALWAYS cleaning. Very polite, courteous. Room was updated and clean. Best Hamptonn we have stayed in ever to be honest. Location was further away from Salt Palace Convention Center walking distance, but that is not hotel's fault-SLC city miles are longer than what we are used to. Overall, 5 star experience! Highly recommend!
Toilet was malfunctioning and ran constantly. Otherwise a pretty standard DT Hampton experience.
If you run into any kind of issues don’t expect any compassion or care for the guests to try and resolve. The front desk has no idea about customer service or problem solving resolution in-fact they took advantage of a situation by charging 3x the amount delivering with a smug smile and “its pokicy” attitude .
