The hotel stay was great all in all. Great location, quiet, clean, comfortable room (shower fixtures could use a little work). Breakfast was nothing fancy but a solid buffet considering it was included with the room. However, the service is where this place shines. Brian at the front desk went above and beyond to make my visit top notch and to make me feel welcomed. The room was clean but that about the only good thing I can say about the room. The bed was hard, too hard. The pillows were horrid. Weird random noises through the night, loud enough to wake me up numerous times. The tv worked but you couldn’t change the channel. You could turn it on and off and control the volume, that’s it. Not impressed. So if you stay here, DO NOT let them put you in room 524. See attached photo, I’m pretty sure a pillow of rocks would have been more comfortable.

Short visit to handle some family business. The front desk Mgr, Arturo was spectacular and kind in helping us with our emergency arrangements. Very clean place, free ample breakfast, the room was comfy and we loved having a microwave & fridge. This location was close to everything we needed. Any future visits to the area, we'll only consider this Hampton. ❤️
