Day manager Richard was helpful and kind and the only reason I gave this 3 starts for the service. Night manager was not. Booked through Hilton app and said it was recently renovated, however it was very poorly done. Rooms had an odd smell. Exercise room had treadmill elliptical and peloton. However, only the treadmill worked. There were no weights and it was very small. I'm truly surprised Hilton has this property in their portfolio. Great stay here! The staff is super friendly and helpful, they made us feel right at home, especially Kay and Andy. This hotel is close to the Interstate and many restaurants making it the perfect stay! Would highly recommend staying here!

I was greeted by the receptionist Kay. She has been so kind and nice and very helpful. A very cheerful attitude Made me feel like I was at home. Good job Kay Hope to see you again soon Derick

Kaye at the front desk put quite the “ spark” in my stay. ;) Arun and Richard were very nice at check in also. I just learned spark is like a basic hilton brand so many of the amenities are not offered. Although there isn’t coffee in the rooms theres 24 hour coffee in the lobby and Richard assured me they would make coffee fresh for me at night for my 10pm cup before going to work. I travel for work and this is my second spark this week and the staff were great at both. Today every housekeeper made it a point to say hello wh... read more
