Pros: The rooms are newly remodeled with very soft sheets and a comfortable bed. The woman who greeted us was very nice. She’s a joy! Cons: We could hear road noise and other guests in the hallway. A small thing, but there are no outlets anywhere near the bed. I had to unplug the lamp from behind the nightstand to have my phone/alarm next to me. No microwave. Under construction right now. The breakfast was not the usual hot meats and eggs, it was grab and go. Staff was friendly and courteous.
I chose this hotel for the location. The clerk when I checked in was wonderful! A lovely person. And I chose an unrenovated room which was still very comfortable and nicely presented. But I paid MUCH more than the prices listed here! And its been weeks and the charge hasnt cleared, so the $386 they blocked off my card for a 2 night stay still hasn't cleared. And my " refundable charge" hasnt been refunded. I'm not sure why the pet fee is $50 at other locations and $75 at this location-especially with an unremodeled room. I'd... read more
