Busy place. Clean rooms. Free breakfast/ coffee
I stayed here one night for a work trip. The room was really nice/ clean and staff were very friendly. They had good snack options and even a cute selection of treats for pets. I woke up and got breakfast. The food was fresh/hot and there were a lot of options. It was not gourmet by any means, but still good! While there I used the gym and it was well equipped and had great machine options! It is by a lot of restaurants and outdoor malls.
THE ROACHES RAN US OUT! Not 1, not 2, but 3 roaches in our room, room 131. We had just arrived after being on the road for 12 hours. Spent all of 1 hour in the room before we saw the first roach. Called the front desk and they said they’d send someone to come spray the room. After 40 minutes of waiting I went to front desk myself. They came and sprayed the room and advised they’d comp is our room for the night before since the hotel was sold out and they wouldn’t be able to move us. I had to wait standing at the front desk for 20 minutes before anyone came out. Also I asked the manager how do I get more towels, blankets etc and instead of just writing it down he said, call me at the front desk. WHAT? And there were 3 employees with red shirts in sitting in the lobby on their phones for over half an hour. I won't return here. I'm going to make sure Hilton knows
