So worst time ever I got accused for taking 100 hot chocolates. They should disevre no stars. this place is amazing but that women should be kind and not a bully. She should be fired Otherwise house keeping and free breakfast amazing including there amazing coffee and tea and hot chocolates
This is now my go-to when I visit Salem. Has the feel of a 5-star hotel at a fraction of the price, and the free breakfast buffet is respectable. Heated indoor pool. A dozen restaurants within walking distance. There is a little street noise on occasion if you get a room close to Washington Street.

Hotel is in a great location near everything & walkable to it all in Salem. However I gave it a 3 star due to after a exhausting flight arrived at hotel 3 hrs early of check in time, tho my room was ready in order to access it I was charged a $50 dollar fee. The front desk lady was not helpful at all, it was basically take it or leave it attitude. I was tired & paid it.
