The room and service were up to par. I booked a room with my two daughters and we had two complaints by 10:30pm. This hotel is not kid friendly! My girls were laughing and having a good time in our booked room considering it's april school vacation, yet we were told that the next time someone comes to our room it'll be the police. Don't ever recommend anyone to come here with kids !!!
I need to commend and shout out the maid staff of this hotel – each lady was friendly, kind, and very hospitable. I can't really say the same for the rest of the staff at this hotel. From entry, the man at the desk was cold and unwelcoming when my party asked for 3 rooms near each other. Over the course of our stay, the folks at the front desk just sort of seemed miserable.
