Incredibly rude staff. Management can message me for the names but I was so shocked at their behavior I had to call corporate. All I have learned from my experience is that you can’t trust Hilton employees.
Lovely hotel. Excellent location - walkable to everything in Salem, and just a few steps to the nearest Starbucks! I accidentally left a half a dozen items of clothing in the closet in my room and the hotel staff organized their return to me, which was greatly appreciated!
Clean, comfortable, spacious, and great location. Staff were friendly. Would stay here again.
