So worst time ever I got accused for taking 100 hot chocolates. They should disevre no stars this place is amazing but that women is like be kind to everyone she should be fired

Hotel is in a great location near everything & walkable to it all in Salem. However I gave it a 3 star due to after a exhausting flight arrived at hotel 3 hrs early of check in time, tho my room was ready in order to access it I was charged a $50 dollar fee. The front desk lady was not helpful at all, it was basically take it or leave it attitude. I was tired & paid it. Great and friendly staff. Don’t forget your key cause the elevator needs it. Also it’s paid parking.
Right in the middle of where everything is. Everything was within walking distance which was nice, cause good luck finding parking if you’re trying to drive the room service was awesome and they serve a full breakfast every morning. There is a pool but we didn’t go to it.
