The room and service were up to par. I booked a room with my two daughters and we had two complaints by 10:30pm. This hotel is not kid friendly! My girls were laughing and having a good time in our booked room considering it's april school vacation, yet we were told that the next time someone comes to our room it'll be the police. Don't ever recommend anyone to come here with kids !!!

I need to commend and shout out the maid staff of this hotel – each lady was friendly, kind, and very hospitable. I can't really say the same for the rest of the staff at this hotel. From entry, the man at the desk was cold and unwelcoming when my party asked for 3 rooms near each other. Over the course of our stay, the folks at the front desk just sort of seemed miserable. Stayed here for a long weekend with our family and had a great experience. The room and all public spaces of the hotel were clean. We walked everywhere and thought that the location of the hotel was perfect for us. The breakfast was good, although we noticed lacked variety from day to day and would have preferred some more options. Parking was convenient, but it would be nice if it was offered at a lower rate for hotel guests. We will certainly stay here again on visits to Salem.
