Horrible experience!!! I was waiting to get my Hilton credit card in the mail to make a reservation and then when I finally did I gave this establishment a call to book a room for the 24-26 in October and when I was giving my Hilton rewards member number and was about to check out the lady decided to put me on a “brief hold” AFTER 20 minutes later!!!!!! She came back and then said we are now SOLD OUT!!!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU PUT SOMEONE ON HOLD FOR WHATEVER REASON THEN COME BACK WITH THAT ANSWER!!! ... read more
Hotel was newer mostly clean, staff nice and friendly but our room smelled like athletes feet or like a locker room. Probably because the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working. Everything else was nice beds were comfortable. Just walking into that smell was gross.
Nice area but too pricey
Really a 4.5. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good and everyone we spoke to was nice. Didn’t realize $27 a night for parking, I missed that somewhere in my research. I would prefer a hr 4.5 rating mainly bc you can hear the traffic outside. I am a light sleeper and had to use earplugs. The rest of my family had no issues. We could not hear anyone around us just the outside cars. Otherwise, perfect walking distance to all attractions in Salem. Definitely would stay again even if I had to bring my earplugs.
