Stayed here and had a nice stay. Great breakfast and great room. Left a 180 dollar cologne in the room by accident, and called to see if it had turned up. Person at the front desk told me there wasn’t and would give me a call back. I never heard a call back so I called again and expressed my frustrations that it had not been found. The hotel itself is about what you’d expect: it’s clean, the water pressure is okay, the breakfast is perfectly fine (maple sausages get a special honor, though, they were delightful on mornings they were available). The staff, though? Largely horrendous. The kitchen staff was lovely and the night shift for the front desk was sweet. Everyone else I encountered bordered blatantly rude, frankly even mean. I wish I could give them 6 stars. The hotel itself is what you would expect of a Hampton. No frills but clean and comfortable rooms. What really makes this place sparkle is the staff. I was only supposed to stay here 2 nights but then my adult son had an emergency and had to go to the hospital. It was at night with absolutely no rides to be found.
