This location was not to the same standard of other Hilton properties we've stayed at. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. The building is aging and we did notice some misses on cleanliness. There was a vent in the bathroom that hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. There was a spill in the elevator that was being tracked out into the floor that was there in the late afternoon and was still there the next morning when we went to breakfast when I told the front desk about it. Good hotel, kind of budget quality, though. The toilet ran and didn't always flush. It needed some maintenance. The breakfast was good, including the coffee. It's a good hotel, just nothing to write home about

The staff were amazing! I have stayed at a lot of hotels and their staff was by far the best I have seen! They were patient with my crying child and the one being picky in the store they had! Breakfast was great! Beds were comfortable! It looked like they were doing some updating to the rooms and outside, so it can only get better! Again I want brag on the staff from the ones that checked us in and helped us that night at the hotel store to the ones that checked us out this morning! Staff was friendly, but the condition of this hotel is a decade or more overdue for a renovation. The facility is badly dated, furnishings and carpet in the rooms are highly worn, and it has a very musty old smell to it. They *really* need to renovate this hotel to make it worthy of a Hampton Inn branding. As it is, it feels more like a lower-grade hotel that should cost less.
