Clean, great location close to Griffiss in a safe area, and friendly staff! The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast has plenty of options, but could improve on hot items. Overall comfortable stay!
I DO NOT recommend that anyone stay here. My charges got all messed up and then they acted like they were doing me a huge favor by correcting it, and either lied to my face about what the rates actually were or their system is so broken that they aren’t even able to see what corporate can see (and have confirmed to both me and the front desk). Nice rooms, very comfortable beds, but the rooms are too small.
Clean.. costumer service friendly and helpful.. The room...very impressive...a mandatory stay..I love it
