My family descended into town for an unexpected passing and the staff here helped my mom figure out logistics at best available rate on short notice. These folks made an unbelievably difficult time much easier to handle. Thanks y’all.
I rolled into Rock Springs after driving for about 7 hours. I saw the Hampton sign and pulled right in. Check in was fast, and they are pet friendly. Levi (my dog) and I are in a very clean and cool room in 25 minutes. While I was checking out the gal at the front desk (Jessica)? saw me struggling with my bags and actually held a few doors open for me. Now that’s service, and she was smiling the entire time .
So we're moving during the Independence Day weekend, right? Lots of driving, packing was hot and sweaty and miserable, and honestly we were pretty tired. We stayed at the Rock Springs Hampton Inn for two nights and had a very low-key but great time. The room we booked was more spacious than I expected and had a very generous living area.
