This property is listed with an open pool however their pool has been down for months with no sign of opening anytime soon. The lady at the front desk was cold and unfriendly. The blankets and pillows had so much static electricity in them in the dark you could see Sparks. The heating and cooling system squeaks very loudly and kept my daughter up all night. There was no shampoo in the bathroom refillable shampoo container. We booked a 2-day stay and left after one day.
I want to thank the manager of the Webster NY hampton inn for his quick and professional response to my message. He is a gentleman and is an example of what hotel manager should be. Thank you .
