Stayed at Hampton inn Webster for about a week. Great location close to all kinds of food and stores. Breakfast has been great every morning and the staff also puts together brown bag snack bags for you to take with you. Which is a great touch! The staff at this location has been totally awesome! General Manager Eduardo and Amber the supervisor are very friendly and go out of there way to make sure you are taken care of. I look forward to visiting this location again in the future. Stayed here December 2025 staff very nice, breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable but they need to really replace the couches had to sit on pillows to keep from sinking into couch.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the prices are ok but other than that I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel. It’s in definite need of a renovation, the rooms are outdated, the bed’s uncomfortable, the laundry is coin operated, and I had almost no hot water for the two weeks I stayed. None of this is the fault of the staff and they were lovely, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
Convenient location, good shuttle service to the airport after 08:00.
