Nice and relatively new Hampton Inn!
The rooms were very clean. Ashley working at the front desk was not very nice at all. She was rude during our interaction via the hotel messenger. Ashley also processed an additional charge on my credit card because she messed up and inaccurately booked my room. Still waiting to be credited. At the end of the day, because of Ashley this hotel location will be receiving only 1 star. The other hotel staff were delightful. BED BUGS!!!. Front desk staff didn't even care or apologize. Just proceeded to write down an email address and say 'contact this address'.
