Stayed for the weekend. Rooms were super clean. Convenient location and plenty of parking. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Hands down the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. I’m an engineer and travel the country with my job. I stay in an awful lot of hotels in life… I’m a Hilton Honors member and have been for pushing a decade. I’ve never seen a hotel in such disarray. I don’t expect roses at a Hampton by any means, but this place resembles a very poor Motel 6. Trash everywhere to include elevators. I found pills on my room floor. I messed up picking this hotel for our family road trip, which included 2 nights in Rochester at this hotel. Our king suite with a pull out couch was not in great shape upon arrival. While it was relatively clean, it had a broken mirror, red stains on the wall, and only one dim, bedside light in the room. My stay at Hampton Inn was really pleasent. The room I stayed in was spacious and cozy. I enjoyed the breakfast and also the staff was polite and friendly. Definitely recommended if you're in Rochester
Terrible greeting at front desk upon arrival, barely said anything except asking for my name. Did not check ID and also announced my room # out loud to everyone around. As a gold status member I was not offered water. Room dirty, night stands and desk were not cleaned as there were coffee spills on them. Soap dispensers empty! Breakfast very poor, at 6:15 am the food should be fresh and hot.
