Dirty rooms. Inept staff.
This hotel did me and my family so wrong. Were going through a really rough time where we had no choice but to go to a hotel to stay warm, we booked the hotel paid it. And once we went to get the keys, she told us we had to pay an extra 150, we explained to her that when we booked the hotel it did not say anything. About that. We couldn't afford it. I stayed at the Hampton for a weekend and had a really good experience overall. There was plenty of parking, rooms were spacious/clean, and the location was close to many places I needed to go. The continental breakfast was good, and the customer service was great. The only downside was having a little trouble with our room key (but it was fixed) and a strange smell in the room that was somewhat like sewage. We bought a spray, and that helped. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again.
Pillows were fantastic as always & king bed was great 👍
