Long time Hampton inn customers. Worst experience at this particular hotel. Neighbour (adjoining rooms) was smoking weed and making noise all night. Woke me, my wife and kids throughout the night from the smell/smoke coming into our room. Staff in the lobby were great and got us a new room the second night. Apparently they had numerous complaints of weed usage from other patrons. It was ok, except the people next to us decided to have a room party each night .
Property is obviously older, there are attempts at maintenance however they are extremely poor. Hallway/Room had very musty odor, carpets were dark and had burns in places, could use a deep clean. Checked in late evening after 8 PM. Went to use shower only to find previous occupants, used soap bar in the shower. Microwave had food in it from last person and not cleaned. Everything was good, just the building and the room is old, smell not that good btw great location.
