Would absolutely leave zero stars if possible. Booked for several nights and came back to our hotel room completely empty. Without a single phone call to verify information with us, they put all of our things into trash bags and cleaned the room. Not only is that an insane invasion of privacy, it is a horrible way to handle that situation. Shown up 4 times to no reservations. This hotel does not do reservations at the desk so if you have an issue with your reservation there is ZERO the staff can do about it.

Not up to Hampton standards. tried to check on my rewards account but staff on the second part of the stay would not double check and I lost out on 4 nights stay corporate gave me.my points but did not credit the nights. I called to fix but only the first night portion of my stay had been corrected. Did not see that the next 4 nights of the 2 part reservation never was corrected.
