I could say so many things and I wont take any more time then to say, if you can, find another place to stay. This hotel lacks integrity and the police being there 3 times in 4 days says more than my words could.

I am astounded that Smith, as a GM continues to be employed here and is put in to represent the management and ownership. He is rude, and does not represent the Hilton brand at all. When I checked in for a business trip and asked some questions that led to sub par answers. I asked for the managing partners emails or contact, but Smith stated he was the only one making decisions and refused any further follow up or even that someone would contact me. STAY AWAY. I stayed here Jan 17-18, 2026 (Room 220) with my wife and 3-year-old. I woke up to find a LIVE BED BUG crawling on me and bite marks on my neck. I immediately brought the bug and photos to the front desk. ​While they eventually refunded the room night, the General Manager (Smit P.) refused to cover the $1,000+ in decontamination costs we incurred to keep our home safe.
