Apparently coffee is only brewed in the morning, and only in Dark Roast and Decaf. The two staff members I interacted with didn't seem to want to be there. Otherwise it was a pleasant one-night stay.
Very bad staff- first they couldn’t find our reservation for 35mins and told us it was cancelled and we had to book again with higher rates, than in the morning there was no break fast- after asking the receptionist, Stupid answer WE RAN OUT OF EVERYTHING- no juice no eggs no potatoes nothing. We paid for the damn services- Shame on Sam Patel the manager he brushed us off every time we complaint.
The ac was extremely loud when told to the front desk he instructed us to turn it off for several minutes then turn it back on which we did and it still was a loud shaking noise for about an hour before it went quit this happened several times throughout the night making it hard to sleep, the front desk person said to just call each time it happens and maybe he can fix it. Queda un lugar accesible. Limpieza bien aunque la primera ves que nos quedamos limpiaron todos los días esta segunda vez solo una en cinco días. Desayuno nos gusto y café delicioso. Area piscina limpia. Gimnasio espectacular aunque esta lleno de niños.
