This is the 3rd year we've stayed at this location. The hotel and rooms are in pretty good shape and kept up and clean. The breakfast is a really good spread. I really enjoy it when we're there. Only complaint I have is the only physical location is a bit weird with the type shopping center around it. Everytime we headed back to the hotel Google maps sent us another way. Experienced a very unprofessional front desk check in experience from Leah where she had just started her shift and seemed very overwhelmed by logging into her work stations computer system. I had Hilton Honors Gold status and asked if am upgrade was available which was a King Size bed instead of a Double Queen room that I had booked. There was many available but was told that I had to pay extra to upgrade to one. I checked in to this hotel, given a parking pass, never told about the charge. Charged said fee every night and when calling to enquirer the rep responds “what do you mean, look on the website”. Terrible customer service.

Good location prior to attending funeral at Riverside military cemetery. Terrible hallway odors plus ant infestation in room. $20 for overnight parking was insulting. I won't return to this Hampton
