My son left his headphones in the room. We called right away to inform them that the headphones were left in the room. I had to call 3 times the day we checked out and 1 time on the following day to follow up on the situation. In the end, the headphones disappeared.
Very clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly and pleasant. Check in was quick, check out the same. Our room was very clean except for a couple towels in the closet. But the room and bathroom were clean. The A/C was on when we arrived and room was already cooled down. Breakfast was great with a good variety. The location seemed a little less than desirable but that could just be me. I would stay again if I needed a room in this area
My husband and myself stayed here from july 17th to the 21st. We met a very pleasant lady at check in. Our hospitality assistant named Shion was the best, pleasant, helpful, appears to love her job and everyone is greeted with a smile. She made my stay a pleasure and enjoyed our conversations about plants. Every hotel needs people like her. Plus we did enjoy our stay and no no problems with our room and enjoyed the continental breakfast.
