Im a long time Diamond member but this is the first time at Hilton Brand hotels (Hampton inn specifically here) i was bitten by BED BUGs and only 2nd time in my life. so this is huge. Both my arms and my back and shoulders. About 15 bites all together Pictures were taken couple hours after i checked out. Now its very itchy and a lot more red and pronounced. Beware. I try not to leave negative reviews, but this is messed up.
Good value hotel. Stayed here for Jefferson Cup tournament. prompt, pleasant service. Free breakfast was OK for a Hampton Inn. Good location near shopping & restaurants & 10 mins away from River City Sportsplex. B
Called on March 1, 2025 to see if I would be able to do an early check in before booking a room. Because I needed to get dress for an event nearby that started at 2 p.m. The lady that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. And when I told her I didn’t have a room booked yet. She proceeded to say no I can’t check you in early and hung up in my face. That is not how you treat people at all. Especially Diamond members. You don’t have to worry about me ever contacting this hotel again.
Please do not stay at this hotel . They have bed bugs and will not try to work with you . The rooms look clean until you start pulling sheets and covers back . Found hairs in the bed and bed bug on the end of the bed in the corner . Glad I look before sleeping in the bed . Also was told that someone just complain not too long ago . Far the worst place I stayed
Stayed here a few wks ago - outstanding customer service, they make you feel right at home. Room was clean and comfortable, easily recommend this location.
