When I checked in late at night, I was first given a room that turned out to be already occupied. I went upstairs with my dog and when the key didn’t work, a man who had already checked in opened the door... a shocking and unsafe mistake, especially so late at night. I returned to the front desk, but the staff member who checked me in was not there. The rooms were okay. The service was horrible they all had an attitude from the front desk to the people serving the free breakfast. They charge $75 for checking in one and a quarter hours early. They charged $100 deposit when we made the reservation for one night. The front desk people just had an attitude.
