Easy off and on the highway. But broken light and hairdryer. Two bugs in the room. And in desperate need of renovation.
This is the absolute worst Hampton Inn you could ever have the misfortune of trying to book a room at. We really got scammed here and neither corporate nor the staff at this location are willing to help at all. We regularly travel to and from Georgia and New York with our two kids. Often we try to stay in southern VA because it’s a good stopping point if you’re trying to do the trip in two days. Great staff at check in. Location is super convenient. Rooms however are a different story. Very old, outdated and beat up furniture. Pillows are child size and carpet is covered in spots. Two paper cups is all you get, not even a plastic water cup. Bedside plugs are old and only one on each side. This hotel needs some serious facelift.
