Hotel recently implemented a $5 parking fee. Just another way to upcharge their customers. There are plenty of parking and the location is no where near downtown. No other reason than to make more money. I will not be staying here any more out of principle and for all these crazy fees. There are plenty of other hotel options.

It’s a small hotel but it was updated, clean and the staff were great. The immediate area is not upscale but is very convenient. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance. And plenty more with a short drive. Easy access to all of the greater Richmond area.

Stay 3/21-3/24. Two rooms, $1080. Positive Feedback..The front desk folks on 3/21-3/22 were amazing. We came into town due to my Aunt passing. Y’all were so sweet to my mom and aunt who lost their sister. Appreciate you. Thank you ladies. Negative Feedback..3/23..the laundry machine took $1.75 in quarters of the $2.50 to start dryer. Ask front desk for refund for 1.75 or 50 cents since I had extra change in my luggage. Outcome..charged the room/bill for 50 cents. Due to their dryer working correctly.

Staff is very friendly, and accommodating. Looses a point in the service category due to the rooms only being serviced every other day, I would prefer to have it be done daily as it usually is at my other stays and other hotels.
