I am giving this hotel a five star rating, not because everything was perfect, but because of the professiolism and kindness when issues were mentioned and addressed promptly both with management and the front desk! I can always respect and continue to support such business with character and integrity of this nature! I want to personally thank Quin, very professional and courteous! I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends!
Great staff, nice rooms, decent breakfast, just what we needed visiting Wake Forest for medical reasons. Folks: TREES IN THE PARKING LOT help keep cars and area cool. WinWin.
Exterior exit door locks broken. Either held open 24/7 which is unsafe, or you cannot access the building except through the main entrance. House keeping finally showed up after 5 and only left towels and removed garbage. Exterior garbage receptacles overflowing.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Elise and the other front desk clerks were very welcoming, accommodating, and courtesy. The kitchen staff and cleaning people were also so nice and accommodating as well. This hotel is in a great location of Wake Forest. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. The only thing I would change in the room is get rid of the carpet and put in Laminate flooring, especially if the hotel is allowing pets to stay at their hotel.
