Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. My family and I were traveling with a large group, approximately 10 rooms in total, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. A special thank you goes out to Adrian and Ms. Carol at the front desk. Their professionalism, patience, and care made our stay truly memorable. Adrian the front desk clerk was excellent! Pets in a hotel scaring paid customers... Pathetic . Rooms can not be clean with pets in it. Will not recommend anyone to stay here! Open up a kennel for pets and leave humans alone! Pets attract bugs! Not a good fit for Guests trying to relax at your hotel/animal shelter! A lot of the reviews mention bugs! Why does your property allow disgusting dirty dogs inside the ROOMS and throughout the hotel?

I travel a lot for work and normally stay at Marriott properties, especially those in the Autograph collection. While not a Marriott property, this is one of my favorite hotels. It is very clean and staff are very welcoming. Bonnie and Carol always take such good care of me and greet me with a smile and a "Yes ma'am how can I help you?" The breakfast is great as well.
