Our stay was fine. The rooms are very small, likely due to the fact that it is an old building. And ours was a little damp and musty. Our king sized room did not have a mini fridge and a few things like the hair dryer, and the sliding closet door were broken. Valet services were $40/ day which we ended up using. Free breakfast was included, and had everything you could want including a waffle maker. All the staff were incredibly kind and that made our stay far more enjoyable. A/C was broke but we had to move. They tried to be very helpful not enough pillows for everyone.
This was an awesome experience. The staff, especially Keiona (apologies if I misspelled) were always helpful and made sure my fiance and I had a comfortable stay! The breakfast spread was hearty, the room was clean and modern, and the shuttle service to and from the train station was a huge perk. It is located in a cute part of Providence, walking distance to many stores, restaurants, university campuses, and the bus terminal. The stay was so good that I would plan another trip to Rhode Island for this hotel.
