My family and I stayed here with our dog for about 4 days and had a great time overall. The location can't be beat. It's central, walkable to everything, and dog friendly, which made the trip so easy. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a small kitchen area. It was next to the elevator, which we worried would be loud with people going in and out, but it was surprisingly pretty quiet. Woke up at 4 AM by my wife because water was dripping through the ceiling. Called front desk who said they would send someone but no one ever came. Trying to get back to sleep was like Chinese water torture. By morning ceiling looked ready to collapse, another spot opened up over the closet and the bathroom was flooded. Went down stairs they transferred us to a smaller room, went on line and found rooms our size and larger were available for this our final night. Customer service was great. The rooms were small but not concerning. The bathroom floor cleanliness could be better but have seen way worse from other hotels I’ve stayed at in the past. I liked the fitness center. Other than that. It was a good stay.
