I did not have a good experience at this location. The person (or persons) front of me took quite some time to check-in. I was having trouble with the Hilton Honors application on my phone, so I was not paying attention. The woman at the Front Desk was flustered when I went to check-in. She asked for a minute and then another woman said to her that she sent the person in front of me to a room that had not yet been cleaned. I was welcomed at the front desk with a warm smile and professional kindness. WV hospitality at its finest. Fresh cookies at the counter and offered a free drink and snack. Front entrance was clean and inviting, nice after a long day of travel.
The manager Anthony was a 20 out of 10 , very helpful , kind, professional, knowledgeable, his hospitality made us feel so comfortable and happy. The hotel very clean ,with new updates. We've been traveling for 2 weeks ,this hotel is 100% the best hotel we have stayed in the whole way , from Michigan to myrtle beach ,to island hotels all the way up the coast Very impressive.
