Very friendly staff. Stopped overnight on our trip from Florida to Michigan. So we were very tired. Staff was great. It is an older hampton but clean. Breakfast was good. Would recommend this Hampton.
This is a nice Hampton Inn. Very nice and attentive workers and in a convenient location. Easy to reach from I-77 and within a 2-to-3 minute walk of three good restaurants (nothing gourmet). I almost passed up the free breakfast, because free hotel breakfasts are rarely good, but I really enjoyed this one. The scrambled eggs were real and good, and the biscuits and sausage gravy were delicious.
It’s a very nice hotel! It is recently redone and one of the better Hamptons I’ve stayed in. Maintenance is always being done under is kept up. We did have an issue with our room due to The carpet is being scrubbed and still wet. However, Matthew, the Desk clerk was extremely apologetic and tentative to our needs. First Class customer service, which the Hilton brand has often delivered on. This is no exception thank you Matthew. You’ve been great.
