Red flag when you book! Make sure you do your due diligence! When you lack a moral compass and you're in the customer service field I think that you should step away!
I was pleasantly surprised to experience the exceptional service at this location. From the kind staff, to the goodies they provided in every room and the fresh baked cookies, to the fully loaded breakfast, and the Cleanliness. The whole experience was wonderful, and coming from a picky guest.
