Hotel seems to be newly renovated. Rooms are nice but need hooks or towel racks in bathroom and I prefer a hand held shower option. Climate control works well and is easy to adjust. Beds, linens and pillows are wonderful. Room has microwave and fridge. Breakfast is very good, with a variety of different options each day and staff is very attentive. People enjoyed making waffles. Hotel protocols show a lack of education of the construction industry. Booking rooms for a crew here is timely and frustrating. Even being a member and staying over multiple nights/weeks there is no wiggle room or grace given on dated paper protocols. The condescending front desk staff was a nice touch too. Rooms and location were fine but there are 20 other hotels in the area to stay at with easier ways to book multiple rooms for construction crews. If you are checking in yourself I’m sure it’s fine.
