If I could give negative stars, I would. Did not contact to let me know they had a power outage due to a storm, and offered zero suggestions for what to do or where to go - it was the middle of the night and I had no knowledge of the area. Hotel manager refused to listen to me, repeatedly interrupted me, and then hung up on me and would not take my call when I called back. Hilton Corporate did listen and helped resolved my issue, even though it was Hampton Inn Portage’s responsibility.
