Staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were nice and fresh. Bathrooms clean and stocked. Overall good experience. Accommodation with the hotub even and all questions or concerns during our stay.
Horrible rooms, tv didn't work, desk and no chair, dingy, dark and stale smelling.....at least the toilet worked!!
Poor experience..we checked in and our fridge had expired leftovers from the people before. We were with a hockey team and management was extremely rude when talking to us in the hallway. I completely understand if they have quiet hours after 10; but when it’s 2:45 in the afternoon and you’re hanging out in the hallway this is unacceptable. If you have an issue and ask for us to quiet down that is one thing; but being rude about it is another. This is the worst Hampton Inn I have ever seen, Hilton should be embarrassed. Staff seem really nice though.
