Hot tub was broken. Still. Pool was usable and heated. But cieling looks like its falling apart. Room was clean didn't smell. Breakfast was not that great in my opinion. staff seems rude. I could have paid half the price and gone across the street for a better stay. Disappointed I wasted my money assuming the bigger name would be the better choice. It's not save ur money and go somewhere else

This hotel doesn’t deserve any stars. I had checked in on the app and picked my room and digital key wasn’t activated. I go to desk to figure out what’s going on. They shared that there was a glitch in the communication. I didn’t get the room I wanted. The room we got smelled so bad, lots of peeling paints. Went to the pool and hot tub was broken but no signs or block off were used. Pool had multiple dead bugs and puddle of hair. We are always satisfied to stay at this hotel! Have been coming there for over 14 years. I'll never complain about the stay, though the hotel is a little outdated, the rooms are always nice and clean. When we come into Port Huron, this is where we will always stay, and we are always very satisfied here. The staff is always very professional and very friendly and courteous as well! We visited for a funeral, had adjoining rooms, and to name a few employees that I can remember their names, they went over and above to make sure ... read more
