Bathroom sink was plugged. Requested someone to come up and look at it, was told they will come up in the morning. No one never showed during our entire stay. Have to push doors extremely hard to close. Stains on furniture in lobby area and guess room. Mattress was ripped and box spring wood peeling. Is this really Hilton property?
Highly disappointing. Amenities are falsely advertised. There is a lady that stays there that is extremely intoxicated and goes around the hotel and bothers everyone. She is vulgar and disturbing. Another lady on our floor said she spoke to a manager but nothing has been done. I guess they are ok about losing customers over a drunk lady. Ans she bothers everyone because I talked to others people that have complained also. The most behaved you will see her is when she is walking her dogs one at a time.
Dirty Dirty Dirty, my towels were gross and clearly not clean. Room smelled, bathroom was awful. If I wasn't so tired I would have left in a heartbeat. Hilton Diamond Member and Marriott is looking way more attractive!
