From the moment I arrived, my experience at the Hampton Inn was nothing short of exceptional. The hospitality was warm, genuine, and consistent throughout my stay. Adam, on several occasions, went above and beyond to make sure that any issues I encountered were resolved quickly and efficiently. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care truly stood out. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in the Pittsburgh–Moon area. Kelly and her team care about their customers. Anthony in house-keeping is really outstanding. He is so kind and helpful. Breakfast isn't always at a high standard but the biscuits & gravy were good. This property is very old. The rooms are very small. I feel this hotel is a Hampton Inn Lite, It has the name, but not the same brand quality, I am used to with Hampton Inns. Adam was quick at check-in, but then somehow the next day, service took hours. Also the sign said Diamond Members got a drink and snack. I was just given 2... read more
