They had a room that was missing an entire curtain and I asked for a room change. Rooms here i guess have the automatic curtain, which was broken entirely off, and when asked about it, the front desk guy said,” I can give you a blanket to cover it.” So, how is room cleaned and ready the handed over to me? The guy at the desk told me it would be available on Friday which I came in on a Wednesday night. He gave me a reservation but never canceled the original room in exchange for the new room.
