Easy on and off the highway location with places to eat all around. Friendly staff and clean room. Did have dogs barking on every floor, but didn't keep me up at night, so no complaints

I would avoid this hotel if possible. It's the cheapest in the area for a reason. I stayed here for 5 weeks on a work trip in multiple rooms. First they charge for parking and its not downtown, theres no other way to get there than by car, there no shortage of spaces. On my first night the sheet had a sticky pine tar on it. The window shades were broken in every room I was in. A half ass attempt at fixing them was made then maintenence told me they were un fixable and needed to be replaced. We LOVE Hampton Inn & Suites so when we needed a room last min we decided to stay here. The location is good but it is hands down the worst Hampton Inn I have ever experienced. It’s a cheap motel with the Hampton logo. NOTHING about this stay is in keeping with the typical experience. Everything was pretty clean and the location is great- that’s the star. We asked 2x on our stay for house keeping and nothing was done! Our stay was for 3 nights and 4 days!! We had to go get clean towels, toilet paper, etc! The rooms are very outdated including the tv! Our window shades were not working properly due to damage on the control panel. We wont be staying in any other Hampton Inn!
