They took good care of us!
The hilton has completely fell off. They charge these ridiculous prices for these nasty old rooms. We paid almost $200 for this. These companies need a reality check. Atleast invest into the property. Their "honors" customer service is no help so we dont even bother. I do not recommend the Hilton or any of its locations. Cheap nasty microwave breakfast. Its truly disheartening.
Stayed here on a trip back from Sedona and needed somewhere close to the airport but not right on top of it. The location is ideal with tons of places to eat/shop and easy highway access. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were all friendly. Breakfast was yummy
I stayed here with two other friends, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The bathroom situation was very inconvenient. There is no exhaust fan or at least it doesn’t work. When we called the front desk, we were told that none of the rooms in the hotel have exhaust fans. With three people sharing the room, this made using the bathroom quite uncomfortable, as there is no ventilation between uses. Additionally, the sofa bed was not properly prepared.
