Please remind your staff to check if visitors have a reservation before they send Lyft service to the airport. The employee's mistake cost us 1 hour and $20.00 because the Lyft driver got lost and when we got to the hotel she was indifferent to our discomfort because "many people make this mistake" and "people need to read more carefully." Going forward, please save us some headache and verify the reservation before you call the ride. This was definitely an inconvenient and upsetting experience.
Great for a night in close proximity to the airport. Getting a ride to the airport from the hotel was super easy.
Bathroom flushes super slow and clogs, no plunger in room, luckily it doesn't over flow...and sunshade was broken, couldn't let all the way down, hello AZ summer sunshine🤬
Floors between rooms are to thin . Can hear every footstep above you.
