I stayed at this location for my mother's funeral last month. The hotel was in a great location and looked nice upon arrival. We had 3 rooms booked for this stay. 2 out of our 3 rooms had no hot water. We took a cold shower the 1st night and it was horrible. We brought this to the front desk attention and the night shift offered to reimburse my points for that 1st night stay and moved us to another room.
