A/C works fine in the room but doesn't in the building. Part of the breakfast area under construction.
While the location is convenient, the hotel needs work.One elevator has been broken for a month and half the ice machines are broken. We had the view of the highway, so all you heard was traffic all night.
After reading the most recent reviews, even those from just a few weeks ago, it’s clear that none of the concerns people have raised are actually being addressed. I checked in this afternoon and already the TV in my room doesn’t work. We reported it to the front desk and were told they don’t have a replacement available. Instead of fixing the issue, they offered to move us to a different room at 11 at night. The hallways smell terrible and the carpets are visibly stained and dirty.
