The staff was excellent during our stay. The building is an embarrassment (or should be) to the owners. Being dated is one thing. But this place is down right neglected! Water damage with tubs of damp-rid hidden behind the curtains. Bag paint, caulk, shelves coming off the walls, the room door that had to be forced shut, poor ceiling repairs, an elevator that can't decide if it wants to shut the door or not, luggage carts that are barely holding together, and much more. Uncomfortable pillows and mattresses, the sliding bathroom door is stuck on the rail, surface rust on everything (somehow), heater was stuck on "Auto" - with no option to turn off? Paper thin walls to hallway- can hear everyone, elevators smell like marijuana, the bedside charging outlets are loose so plugs fall out, our toilet runs by itself every 35 minutes or so, only one box of tissues? This hotel is excellent—very clean and well organized. One of the housekeepers, Laureen, was especially kind and helpful. She promptly accommodated my request for fresh towels. I had a great experience and will definitely be returning.
O quarto é bem limpo, só não fizeram a limpeza diária durante minha estadia, tive que pedir a troca da toalha e ficar esperando uns bons minutos. Acho bem ruim quando um hotel anuncia que tem limpeza diária e chego a noite e está sem a limpeza e arrumação prometida. Mas, de defeito grave, só tenho esse a narrar. Estacionamento amplo.
