I had an amazing experience here! Very clean and the concierge Milan was amazing she was very sweet and patient with me while i was all over the place trying to get my stuff in order to get checked in! Lol i will be booking again!
Rooms need a facelift. Only a couple of electric receptacles and USB ports worked. Nothing up to my experience and expectations with Hampton Inn.
Great Location! The room was clean! However, there was NO hot water. We were there for 5 days. We also had family in another room and NEITHER ONE HAD HOT WATER. After complaining several times, we finally got hot water IN THE SINK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, cold showers it was for the entire duration of our trip!!!!!!
The hotel looks nice from the outside, pretty old and dirty, definitely needs remodeling. Every shelf in the room had been glued up many times and was slanted so everything rolled off. But most importantly there was NO HOT WATER, in my room and my brother and sister in laws room 3 rooms down. We told them multiple times and the only thing theu did was have a maintenance guy come and look at it. He didn't check the water or come back with any solutions.
