Cane from Canada for a family get together. Excellent service from room service to front desk. Amazing free breakfast with wide choice. Gym was actually very good. Excellent value for the $$
After a long drive from Canada, I got checked in pretty quickly and then loaded two luggage carts. After getting the first load up to our room, took a quick look around and then found the toilet was leaking around the base caused from a kinked water line. Headed straight down to the front desk and let Will know the issue and that I wanted another room, even though he offered to send someone up to fix it. So great service at the desk. Terrible service. the general manager is unprofessional. Manager harassed and threatened me after I ask her for corporates number.
The general manager verbally harassed guest. Needs to be fired.
I came to the front desk to ask for face wipes for my skin disease and was told there is a limit of how many face wipes I can use even though the cleaning crew gives them out every morning for free. I was also harassed and accused of being involved in a situation that has nothing to do with me. the general manager threatened me, harassed and yelled at me in front of customers on false allegations. terrible place.
