Overall stay was good but hotel posts a 12 pm check out time. However the cleaning lady knocks on our door at 11 am telling us we have to check out. So we pack up and head downstairs to the front desk where we are told check out is 12 pm and that they don’t know why the cleaning lady told us we had to leave. At that point we had already packed up so we had no desire to go back to the room. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient. I would never stay here again.
I came here for work for 2/3 days first night didn’t notice becuase I slept on my of covers, but I notice the second night that I had a big piss stain on comforter and the sheets near the bottom of the Bed. It’s so unprofessional my boss paid good money on these rooms for yall to just treat it any kind of way glad no roaches but yall have to tighten up on that seriously. Have a good one…
Me and my girl stayed at the Hampton Inn and Nana at the front desk was cool as hell. We had already talked to her before check-in and was real glad she was the one there when we pulled up. She made us feel welcome right away and handled everything smooth. My girl kept saying how sweet she was and made me write this review just for her, so shoutout to Nana for real Breakfast was straight, the oatmeal should definitely be made with milk instead of water cause it had no taste.
