Such a great experience- after having an Airbnb booked for our stay in Philadelphia that ended up being a nightmare, we had to find a new place and fast! With a small dog and my husband, this hotel hits all the needs- comfy bed, extra pillows, lots of space, guest laundry, hot coffee and breakfast and the BEST customer service of Carmen Lisette! We had to add a few extra days to our stay and she made it a breeze. Highly recommend :)

Zero star for sound proof. You can hear every car that passes by from outside and every conversation people are having next door. Cleanness is two stars. Crumbs on the carpet floor and stains on doors, doorknobs are dusty, had to wipe it myself.

The location was convenient for a quick nights rest. The room cleanliness to be desired…. We were making the pull out sofa bed for my toddler to sleep on and my toddler ended up pulling out a condom that was under neath the pull out sofa bed.. luckily it was not used but unfortunately it insured that the room was not thoroughly cleaned before us. We brought our concerns to Roger. Roger handled the issue seamlessly bringing it to management. Roger was very friendly at the check in process as well with tips on restaurants open... read more
