Rooms were typical but the location was so that you had to make a U turn and come back everytime. There was only a small portion of a roll of TP and no cups in the room. The bathroom exhaust never ran and the stupid occupancy sensor had us sweating then freezing at random times. We won't use this one again, there are too many other options right here.

Terrible experience, the front desk was very slow, I had to stand in line twice because she couldn't serve me the first time, she is incompetent, zero respect 👎 the air conditioner works very weakly and is noisy

I stayed at this property for New Year's...Between Thursday 01 January 2026 to Sunday 04 January 2026. My check in which was in the evening time went really, really smoothly. When I checked in on January 1st the desk clerk that checked me in (Whose name I can't remember, I just remember that he was an individual that spoke Spanish) was very polite, professional & was very welcoming. Room was spacious but not very clean and outlets didn't work. Bathroom had handprints on the door frames and dripping stains on the handles. Towels had curly hairs stuck in them. Air conditioner caused our family to have respiratory allergies. Windows are not soundproof, so we could hear the cars on the highway. Hallways smelled like gassy fumes. Breakfast was okay but fruits were old and mushy. Not enough tables and super sunny and hot by the windows. Only good point was that it is located near the mall and eateries.
