The digital key process wasn't working and there was no signs. We went all the way to our room and had to go back down to desk for keys. Rooms were okay. No bath soap in shower. There was only one way to the pool which means walking all the way past everyone eating and the front desk to go out the front entrance to get to pool, should be another way out to it. My family got sick from the eggs at breakfast as well, throwing up and feeling very unwell.
Easy on/off about 1/4 mile from exit. Clean and quiet room.
Can't rate the hotel because we arrived after booking on the app with a confirmation and told the hotel is completely booked. Walked in at 1130p with three kids and feel completely stranded. Denacia couldn't even help us book elsewhere. Diamond member and completely upset.
BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! I stayed here with my wife for a getaway weekend and found mouse droppings and bed bugs in our room. There were also stains on the bed sheets and pillows and they had an odor that reeked of urine. The front desk staff were also extremely rude along with the cleaning service. I even overheard them treating each other terribly and constantly berating each other. Very racist remarks and stares. Definitely didn’t feel welcomed here.
