Just got back the hotel staff was very nice The rooms was fairly clean and bathroom as well ! .great location but not worth $500 a night , Carpets need shampooing in the halls very stained and smell like dog .. everything including the lobby and furniture in lobby / breakfast area as well as rooms was very out dated and old .. for this kinda money it’s definitely not Hilton quality.. definitely need to take some that money and clean up and renovate .. pools are very small as well , great location tho ! Stay here coming back from Daytona in March. Great location, very courteous staff and a very good breakfast.

I have stayed at this location for years and my family has also stayed as well but over the past years since 2020 it has greatly declined. HILTON as a whole has too. Member benefits are terrible, properties don't meet brand standards and honestly it's not worth being an Honors member anymore let alone a Diamond member. We will be canceling our HH members accounts within our family. I would recommend another hotel chain honestly and was always only Hilton until 2 years ago. I'm 218. 0/10 all around

Very nice room, with desk, table and chairs, sofa, coffee maker, mini fridge, safe. Full breakfast. There are extra fees for parking and for beach chairs- recommend bringing your own. Located by boardwalk and restaurants, and short distance from pier. Easy access to beach.
