We stayed here for Spring Break and it was a little confusing on the address- Pensacola or Gulf Breeze. When I say I’m not saying anywhere else when I come to Pensacola I mean that. There is this thing called the Hampton Guarantee the staff truly lives up to making you happy truly. From the first greeting by Michelle I felt so happy to be there. The view is breathtaking. Would be 3-4 stars if not for horrible experience with one employee I had the misfortune to encounter twice, on the phone and at check out. Denied hanging up on me (because the manager had walked in at that moment) and in person denied it was her🫡 Have the recording to confirm. Dear staff: The woman who says ma'am every other word and literally tries to argue about nothing no matter how pleasant you attempt to be with them.. That's the one you need to fire. The hotel is a little rough around the edges. You can tell it’s a beach hotel for sure. I was disappointed that the outdoor bar was never open. You would think at a beach they would have plenty of opportunity to sell drinks. My room had water issues while I stayed there (turned brown one day, only scalding hot the next) housekeeping comes every other day which they explained.
