We had excellent customer service from Wendy, the manager. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel and this location.
Title: Extremely Disappointed—Poor Room Conditions and Lack of Follow-Up I was very disappointed with my recent stay at the Hampton Inn in Pell City, Alabama. The shower in our room was broken, causing water to pour across the entire bathroom floor and making it unsafe and unusable. There are three hotels in this area Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, and Comfort Suites. I initially thought Hampton Inn would be the best option. I had stayed at Comfort Suites the week before and it was great but decided to try Hampton this time to earn points. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a poor decision. Jackson's Family reunion was held at the Hampton hotel this pass weekend. I would like commend Wendy on a great job, she made sure that the conference room was set up and dress right. All the staff was accommodating, we had approx. 50 people in attendance and we had a great time. My room awesome. I would definitely choose the Hampton again. Kudos to a great team and thanks to everyone!!!!
