Stayed here once before and found it fine, but this last stay left me thinking of looking elsewhere if I have to stay in the area again. The room was initially set up fine, but when we checked in we were asked if we wanted our room cleaned the next day (we were staying two nights), and we said we would. We left the room around noon and didn't return until evening, and the room had NOT been done. One of the worst Hiltons I have ever stayed at. Not only is the pet fee $75 instead of $50 like other Hampton Inns, the floor is wet, it smells so bad like Pine Sol or some other cleaning solution that we have headaches and scratchy throats and on top of all of that, the AC does not work. It’s only air from the fan. Absolutely awful.
