I love this place , it’s like home and very warm welcoming , it’s my favorite hotel to stay
We were here with our family and everyone loved everything, comfortable rooms and excellent service!
I am a nurse at Valley Hospital and I stayed here overnight due to snowy conditions. The room was so cold 67 degrees (I only had a pair of scrubs and a jacket). I increased the temperature to the highest it could go, but it only went up 1 degree the whole night. They do not provide bathrobes or extra blankets in the room. I called to ask the staff about the temperature and they sent me extra blankets. I was still really cold and I did not rest well.
** PLEASE LIKE & SHARE OUR REVIEWS ** This was the perfect 3 night stay as we traveled in and out of NYC. We used our go-city pass to visit the different attractions. Our final one was closeby in Jersey so it worked out perfectly. Zack was amazing at front desk. He is quick to ask if we needed anything. Hot water was out and he fetched us single cups of hot water for cocoa. He also asked if my kids had allergies then gifted them a treat. Was super thoughtful!
