The worst hotel I’ve ever been too. Some kids were running up and down the halls between 12:45 and 3:45 am knocking on doors. Management apparently did nothing after complaints. Why did management allow the kids to be in a room unsupervised? About 10 years old. Then in the morning the coffee in the breakfast area wasn’t hot.
Typical Hampton Inn with all the standard amenities. Staff; friendly and accommodating. Rooms; cozy yet spacious. Breakfast; nutritious and delicious options. Would be happy to stay at this location again if in the area.
Exceptional service personnel kept the room clean and smiling faces upon inquiring of needs.
