The staff tried very hard to overcome a bad situation. Management did not even engage with me over unplanned paving which blocked me in a wheelchair. The noise was overwhelming and the management believes 10000 points is enough to achieve peace. We’ve stayed there multiple times. We are very disappointed.
Booked a room for next weekend mistakenly. Showed up tonight to check in. Wrong weekend, no rooms and no refund. Just got off the runaround phone call with Hilton to no resolve. I am NEVER using Hilton again.
