Rooms are nice. Customer service is lacking. Asked for an extra bottle of water and was told no, we already had 2. Hot water is not hot enough. TV is on feet facing bathroom, so we couldn't turn it to watch on couch or bed.
This place has a weird vibe. I booked on my Hilton Honors app for New Years Eve. At 2:00pm I called and asked for an early check in and they said sure. The digital key was not sent. Got there at 3:00pm and they asked for my ID and credit card( it was in the system). Asked why the digital key wasn’t working and they didn’t know. Then they gave me a different room than I had reserved online. I asked why and they didn’t know. I asked if the room is occupied and they said yes. Beautiful views of St John Waterway. Clean and large rooms. Quiet.
