The bed comforters were disgusting! Evident these things DO NOT get washed. One had, what looked like green snot and the other one had yellow stains everywhere! I wouldve attached pictures but i was too grossed out. The room smelled like wet humid rag! Staff was polite and sweet hence the 2 stars.
I love that we can bring our dogs with us to Hampton Inn. Worth the pet fee. Be sure to ask for a room overlooking the St. John's River. You won't be dissappointed!
All rooms are lobby are just renovated in March. Its very nice and so close to the river.
Whole place was under construction. Tv didn’t work, phone didn’t work, and fridge didn’t work so we ended up with spoiled food. When this was brought to the staff’s attention, I was told that “a note would be made”. Not very worthwhile for the $$$ spent for a room.
Nice location right on the river. Typical Hampton Inn but the rooms need a little update. Not sure if it was the humidity but the room had a musty smell.
