The hotel was clean, however, our room amenities were not working or broken. The frame on the bed was broken, the bed would move and my wife fell in the room due to the bed. The electrical outlets did not work close to the bed and our cell phones had to be across the room. The toilet seat was loose and had to be tightened to use it. The curtains would not fully closed which means we could only change in the bathroom. I have never had an unsatisfactory stay at a Hilton property and I am very disappointed.
AC was not keeping up with the heat.
Lovely place with a great staff a beautiful view of the Riverfront.
Best and safest location, quiet and relaxing.
