The pool was crazy cold & the hot tube was room temp so that was super disappointing. The ice machine on our floor was out of service so that was inconvenient. The elevators Certificate of Operation was expired by months so that was disturbing. There was no hand soap so in our room so we went down to the front desk to request some & they knew it was empty but seemed too lazy to replace before our arrival. The fridge was so tiny I couldn't fit all my cooler items in there.

Overall our experience has been pleasant! Melissa at the front desk is absolutely fantastic on her customer service and food suggestions! The only issues we had were....the air conditioner in our room was leaking all over. We had to have towels down the entire stay. The pool was super cold and the "hot tub" was pretty luke warm. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was fantastic, all employees we encountered were super helpful and friendly.

The room was acceptable for the high price EXCEPT for the door that had an unusually large gap on the threshold and halfway up the door jam. It wouldn't shut on its own, so had to slam it hard. Went down to breakfast at 8:45 am and no eggs left, a few pieces of sausage, no oatmeal left, and out of dark roast coffee. I thought I paid for breakfast in the room rate. So breakfast was pathetic. Hotel was nice & clean. No complaints on the room. The staff were also polite. However, the hot tub is not hot. Front desk said they just replaced the heater so that’s weird and that they’ll have the maintenance look at it. But it was the same on the next day/night we stayed. Pool was also cold. Disappointing because it’s a very clean and a nice pool area. But nobody wants to swim and be cold the whole time. The breakfast also could have been better. Potato’s had a weird taste. This place has it all, great parking even for a U-Haul hauling a Kia behind it, the rooms were pristine and the service was friendly. If I could give this more than five stars I would, Wendy cleaned my room and it was absolutely spectacular. If you're reading this she deserves a raise. If I wasn't traveling across the country I would have sent a separate tip to her, but thank you for the excellent service and I will continue to use your hotels across this great nation. Thank you again, this was an amazing experience.
