Clean rooms, very welcoming & friendly staff.. everything you'd want from a Hampton. Good hotel!
I wasn’t aware of the state law that you had to be over 21 to stay, and they refused a refund because it was “late”. But the lateness was because they still let me book it and I showed up just to be refused service. I assume the rooms are nice but I was not impressed with the service. They were nice but it was an unpleasant experience
The service here was so friendly and wonderful. Their pool was down so we didn't stay but they were so gracious understanding and helpful in getting us resituated else where and informed before we officially checked in all the way. After a LONG(20ish hours) few days on the road the service we recieved here was one of my favorite interactions of our trip.
The pool was crazy cold & the hot tube was room temp so that was super disappointing. The ice machine on our floor was out of service so that was inconvenient. The elevators Certificate of Operation was expired by months so that was disturbing. There was no hand soap so in our room so we went down to the front desk to request some & they knew it was empty but seemed too lazy to replace before our arrival. The fridge was so tiny I couldn't fit all my cooler items in there.
