This is the best Hampton Inn I have ever been to hands down! Close enough drive to Disney. Rooms are decorated beautifully and they are spotless! The breakfast was great! Love the green juice. They had pumpkin spice creamer which I thought was brilliant and an awesome touch I'd never seen elsewhere. Let people have their pumpkin spice without buying a $6 latte on their already expensive trip. Definitely would come again!
Room stank like mildew, specially closet. The staff and manager were excellent, very convenient location. Need better pillows.
I didn't get a chance to stay there, but those under my reservation that were listed did. They didn't seem to find anything wrong with the place for their stay. However, my main reason for posting is because I booked outside of Hilton, had an issue with being charged twice. I explained the issue with Norma and she was very professional and went above and beyond to help me and was very understanding. I stayed here this weekend and had an amazing experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to Kyler. From the moment I walked in, she was nothing short of phenomenal. She is the type of person who does not just do her job, she elevates the entire vibe of the place. She was super engaging, funny, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. The man Ricky at the front desk treated me well I was hungry at 12:30 in the morning nothing was open he showed me a way to get to Denny's without driving at all saved gas and got good food will be staying here when I’m in town
