Upon checking in, I was greeted by Destiny and she was SO friendly and welcoming. Good costumer service like this is becoming extinct. It was refreshing to see. My stay here was VERY relaxing; very comfortable bed and pillows, a perfectly clean room, and a serene location. As a flight attendant, I frequent hotels. I would definitely recommend this location and look forward to staying here for future events.
The staff at this hotel are friendly and accommodating. What made our visit extra special was our check-in with Kyler. She made our check-in not only easy, but she was very welcoming to the property. The entire team here was great! Thank you Kyler for getting us off to a great start at the property.
I have some good and some bad o erall our stay was verry good The bad The charging ports on the desk where broken. (Maitnence did fix this). And we did have major issues geting connected to the wifi (also fixed) The room I stayed in this time was not spacificly requested to be handicap acsessable as neither of the people staying are wheel chair bound this time.
