Nice new hotel. Probably the nicest hampton I've stayed at. Check in was seamless with the app. Paying for parking seemed strange at an open lot. Convenient to the VA hospital.

The hotel was clean and nice, the staff was friendly enough and we enjoyed the breakfast. The location was good for our needs for one night. I was a bit surprised at the parking cost. Though I knew there would be a cost ahead of time, I'm still not sure of the need for the fee. Also, the fee was not as quoted. You have to scan a bar code and pay with your phone and the system they use charges a fee on top of the charge, making it cost more. Check-in was quick and easy. Hotel is a modern design and style. Our room had plenty of space for two. Very limited selection of drinks or snacks on site.

If you are a local, don't bother to come to this branch because the do not value local business. I travelled here a few months ago for work and they honored my corporate rate with another local Hilton, however, tonight they would not. I was not even given my Diamond rate, just a walk in rate. Additionally I was charged for parking 13.50 which was previously waived. So much for loyalty to your customers. The difference was only like 40 dollars but it is the principle.
