I had a great stay at this Hampton Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern, making it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast was excellent, just as I’ve come to expect from Hampton Inn. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the outstanding service from the front desk manager, Jeff. He was incredibly hospitable, kind, and welcoming throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a guest, and his genuine care and professionalism made a lasting impression. WARNING!! We stayed at the Hampton Inn off of Arbor Plaza on the night of May 28-29. Overnight both mine and my boyfriends vehicles were broken into, multiple windows were smashed, my seatbelt was cut and thousands of dollars of our personal belongings were stolen. We were moving across the country and felt like we picked a safe area out of the city to stay, we parked our vehicles right next to the side doors of the building- so close you could see them from the hallway. I would give this place 10 stars if I could! It was super clean and nice, all the staff I encountered was very helpful and incredibly nice. Definitely have to acknowledge one particular person named Zack who worked the night shift. He was truly the light of our trip made me and my kids feel so welcomed. Location was great, it’s a nice area and there’s so many options for different foods.
