Worst hotel we have stayed at by far. Breakfast was watery and runny. No place to relax or lounge. Staff was rude and not accommodating, rooms were dirty and smelled gross. They shut down the lobby at 6PM and would not allow anyone in there to sit.

My boyfriend and I were traveling and tried to stop and get a room here to sleep for the night and they wanted over $300 for one night?! Absolutely ridiculous. It was after midnight, you think they would have just given us a normal rate since it was late and we only wanted a few hours of sleep and a shower before we needed to hit the road again. So we went to the Red Roof Inn I believe it’s called for a LOT less and got exactly what we needed.

0 stars. Terrible management. Lobby manager yells at everyone for using basic hotel amenities during normal hours, 6-7 pm. No cell or internet service in the rooms and they close and barricade the common lobby area to prevent people from congregating forcing me and my daughter to go outside in the dark to make phone calls and check emails. Lobby manager even went as far as calling the police and threatening to accuse us of trespassing if we tried to use the lobby at 7:30 pm. For a hotel we paid for. Average hotel. Staff is kind and helpful. Room is decent sized, bed and pillows are ok (pillows are small). Room had an odor. Window seals were broken and we could hear the highway outside constantly. Toilet paper holder was broken. Breakfast was slightly worse than similar hotels I've been to. It was clean.
