This was a great hotel for my five day stay. I have never experienced as friendly desk staff ever. Every single person on the day shift and night shift had a smile and super friendly. I really enjoyed this trip. It's refreshing to have staff enjoy their job. Eager to help. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was fresh. Everyone takes so much pride and it shows. Always use Hilton honors to book and stay as we did for our cross country drive. Unfortunately this was not the pleasant experience we are used to. Stayed for overnight two weeks ago. Hotel appeared not to be clean and room had smell that was nauseating. Do not recommend stay here.
