Specifically booked this hotel because our kids are adamant about swimming at every hotel we go to, and this one has the nicest indoor swimming area based on photos of everywhere we looked at in this part of Edmond. Pool water was 67 degrees, air temp was 70. Staff reported "we keep it at 84." Said the maintenance guy would be there tomorrow. Cool, no change the next day either. This was probably a little low on the list for a Hampton. Seemed to lack the cleanliness and appeal we are used tos seeing. The room Seemed updated but the bathroom tub area was apparently not updated and paint could have been better quality. Would stay again, but nothing special. All workers were friendly though.

Stayed one night, the room looked nice when we first got to it but when we pull the blankets back to get in bed the sheets had dried blood and what looked like poop all over them! The refrigerator and microwave did not work! The tv froze and skipped movies all night! And when we brought all this to the managers attention she did nothing to try and help! Would not recommend staying at this hotel! It was $135 dollars for the night and not worth it at all!
