I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The first room we were given was in poor condition, and we had to request a switch. There were also communication issues, as some staff members were unable to speak English, which made it difficult to get assistance when needed. Additionally, it was concerning to see staff bringing their children to work and having them in guest and kitchen areas. Specifically booked this hotel because our kids are adamant about swimming at every hotel we go to, and this one has the nicest indoor swimming area based on photos of everywhere we looked at in this part of Edmond. Pool water was 67 degrees, air temp was 70. Staff reported "we keep it at 84." Said the maintenance guy would be there tomorrow. Cool, no change the next day either. This was probably a little low on the list for a Hampton. Seemed to lack the cleanliness and appeal we are used tos seeing. The room Seemed updated but the bathroom tub area was apparently not updated and paint could have been better quality. Would stay again, but nothing special. All workers were friendly though.
