I'm a fan of Hampton Inns. They are normally clean, reasonably priced, and comfortable. Not so for this one. Upon check-in, we were asked to pardon the inconvenience due to their upcoming remodel. We saw NO signs of a remodel (barricades, things taped off, areas being demo-ed), just a remodel that has been "upcoming" for 10 or more years. Hideous stained thread bare carpets, scratched and damaged walls, broken fixtures, overly worn furniture, etc. This Hampton sits in an area with 4 other national chain hotels. Terrible the hotel is full of insects bedbugs dog fleas have vast they should fumigate and their blankets and pillows full of insects
This luxury hotel exceeded every expectation. The interior design was breathtaking, and the ambiance felt peaceful and sophisticated. The room was spacious, immaculate, and extremely comfortable. Every moment here felt special and well-curated
