I messed up my reservation, and the front desk worker got it fixed quickly for me and was very friendly about it. He gave me the phone number and confirmation number of the incorrect reservation to call and get a refund. Helpful staff, clean hotel, nice rooms, good breakfast.
The room is amazing! The rooms are big. One of the best of the many hotels I have stayed at. Definitely wasn't expecting this in a small town.
Nice beds
Great location near the Interstate. The room never cooled below 70 degrees no matter how you set the thermostat. There was no top sheet, only a duvet, so we were forced to sleep without covers in a very very warm room. The gentleman at the front desk when checking in was rude, didn't make eye contact, and didn't offer to return a greeting. Definitely not what I expect from the Hilton brand.
