Our room was nasty, and depressing. No art on the walls and empty spaces that could’ve had a chair or something…it felt so unwelcoming. Breakfast was a joke when we got down they were out of hot food and waffle mix. After asking the front desk clerk in the kitchen if there was any food coming out, her and the attendant completed there gossip session and some food was replenished. We won’t be coming back here next time.

The room was as expected. The breakfast was underwhelming at best. Room temperature eggs and potatoes, no meat, no regular syrup, no whip cream. and no standard waffle batter. Not the experience I have come to expect from the Hampton brand.

Can’t say thank you enough to Shannon for being amazing, thank you for helping us get a room at the last minute after my daughter’s softball team won and we needed to stay another night! Everyone was friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and location great. Will be staying again, thank you!!

Okay so location is spot on with restaurants and retail. You’re in the middle of O Fallon so everything is 10-15 minutes away. Great walking paths for the pups! The pond behind the hotel was covered in goose poop so we adventured elsewhere. Breakfast was always nice—classic Hilton breakfast but it varied each day (stayed 11 nights so I can say first hand it did change up). The rooms need a good cleaning—stains all over the walls to include the shower. I know it’s cleaned but it felt a little dirty with the stains. Shout out ... read more
