The hotel offers many commendable features. Rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, while staff remain consistently professional and attentive. Amenities and location largely support a comfortable extended stay. However, several operational shortcomings have repeatedly undermined guest comfort and productivity. This has been our mainstay hotel for several years now when in town visiting family. The property is showing some wear and tear, and honestly isn’t as nice as it once was. On the plus side, it is one of the closest hotels to downtown St. Louis that is in low-crime area. On the minus side, management hasn’t taken much effort to repair or maintain the public areas or ensure cleanliness of the rooms.

People that work here love there job and people. Shanna was really good people. The security was really tight. Well lit up 4 walking around there is a pond behind the hotel. More charging stations too.

I'm going to be very clear with who I am. I was the wedding photographer 3/14 for Katie and Andy's wedding.
